Volunteer Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Assist in onboarding new volunteers (email follow-ups, document sharing, intro messages).
Maintain the volunteer tracking sheet (statuses, roles, communication notes).
Help schedule check-ins and ensure volunteers are supported and heard.
Support documentation and task delegation in collaboration with the admin team.
Required Skills:
Highly organized and communicative
Professional email writing and documentation habits
Able to motivate and connect with different personality types
Experience or Portfolio Needed:
Resume or short explanation of relevant administrative or coordination work
Example: Planning events, managing small teams, running a volunteer group, etc.
Tools & Tech:
Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
Time Commitment:
3–8 hours/week depending on team size
