Volunteer Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding new volunteers (email follow-ups, document sharing, intro messages).

  • Maintain the volunteer tracking sheet (statuses, roles, communication notes).

  • Help schedule check-ins and ensure volunteers are supported and heard.

  • Support documentation and task delegation in collaboration with the admin team.

Required Skills:

  • Highly organized and communicative

  • Professional email writing and documentation habits

  • Able to motivate and connect with different personality types

Experience or Portfolio Needed:

  • Resume or short explanation of relevant administrative or coordination work

  • Example: Planning events, managing small teams, running a volunteer group, etc.

Tools & Tech:

  • Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)

Time Commitment:

  • 3–8 hours/week depending on team size
